The rich and diverse world of Rabbinic Literature left an indelible impression on Jewish culture. The Sages devoted time to study, lived amongst the people, and took part in daily life. In our new series, we study central passages from Rabbinic Literature that relate to significant life themes – and compare them to other currents of thought in Late Antiquity.
