Efrat Gabai did indeed return to work at the family farm under tragic circumstances, but it takes one look at her to understand how much the work in the barn fills her with calmness and joy. In the new episode of “Man/Land”, Shlomi Shaban and Hedai Offaim went up to Nahalal to meet a particularly talented cheese maker and even got to prepare the kaymak cheese that you could cuddle up in like in a comfortable blanket.
While Hedai prepared syrniki from the farm’s produce, stuffing them with smoked mackerel, Shlomi smeared the grand piano with mud from the barn, in a tribute to Matti Caspi’s iconic music video.
