Parashat Vayikra | Who is This Book Written For?

Is the book of Vayikra written only for the priests and the tribe of Levi? Does the nation of Israel have a connection to the world of sacrifices? Is the commandment to give sacrifices intended for the people of Israel only or can a non-Jew bring a sacrifice to the Temple?
